Are there any other additional charges?

Yes, if the driver is picking up from a residence or a place of business and has to wait after the pickup time there will be a $10 waiting fee for every 10 minutes after the pickup time.

Extra pickup/drop off locations are $25

Reservations between 12am-4am are an additional $15

Reservations on holidays are an additional $20

Fares are for up to 2 passengers. $10 each additional person

Do I need to tip the driver?

Fares do not include gratuity. The preferred method is cash. If you wish to leave it on credit card it can be done at the time of reservation, you can also authorize it by calling or sending an email. A typical gratuity is 18-20% of the fare and is very much appreciated.

Will I be charged if I cancel my Reservation?

You will not be charged until the driver arrives to pick you up. If you cancel before the driver is in route to the pickup you will not be charged anything, however if the driver is already in route and you cancel you will be charged a $20 cancelation fee. If the driver is already at the pickup and you cancel or are a no show you will be charged the full fare.

Where will I meet my driver?

Our telephone representatives will discuss your flying plans and arrange a rendezvous most suited to your needs. If you are making plans for another person, make certain the rendezvous arrangements and our toll-free number are communicated to them. We can e-mail confirmations to all parties. See specific airport instructions below.

How far in advance do I need to book a ride?

The further in advance you book your travel, the more likely I-Drive will be able to accommodate your request. We operate on a first-come/first-served basis. I-Drive can frequently accommodate a same-day request for service, but we cannot guarantee there will be a car available on short notice. As with the airlines, it pays to plan ahead.
