Melissa Chaney is with me. She just got back from a test drive. Melissa, tell me about your experience.

Melissa: It was a lot of fun driving it. It drives really smooth.
The interior is amazing. I love how it’s set up. And, how the radio has been raised up on the dash instead of lower, so it’s better for your eyes to see that.

So I think you just rattled those off, but in order of your preference, Melissa, what are the top three things for you with regard to the 2019 Volkswagen Jetta?

Melissa: Definitely interior. That wins be over, yes. The way it’s laid out. All the digital. Ambient lighting, how you can change the colors.
Tom: Right. That is cool.
Melissa: Pretty cool, yes. The navigation, also on your center cluster instead of off to the right-
Tom: Yep.
- Driver focused digital cockpit.
- Interior adjustable Ambient lighting.
- Spacious and luxurious interior.
Melissa: …in your radio, so it’s right there in your eyes. You’re not removing your eyes from the road.
That’s what I like the best. It’s very roomy, comfortable, very soft seats. Everything’s power, which I like.

So three years from now, are you a 2019 Jetta buyer?

Or actually three years from now, what you can do is just have your mom give the 2019 Jetta that she bought to you, right?
That’s a good 16th birthday present. What’d you like about the drive?
Ryan: It’s nice and smooth. It has a good interior. I like that it’s a bit fast. And it’s just an amazing car.
Tom: Smooth, good interior, fast, and an overall amazing car. Okay. You know it’s fast, but did you drive?
Ryan: No.
