Trisha Jewitt: I did not realize how huge this place was. I knew I was going to find it here because they have a ton of selection. I hate the car buying process, it stresses me out, but it was really good. They were helpful and to the point, and it made it very easy.

Trisha Jewitt: Thank you very much.

Tom Smith: Tell me about what you got.

Trisha Jewitt: I got a Honda Civic EXT. It’s really slick, really sweet.

Tom Smith: Nice.

Trisha Jewitt: I’m excited.

Tom Smith: Very good. What brought you all the way to Rock Honda from Redlands?

Trisha Jewitt: I am car shopping. We were looking around through just the internet and we always pass by here to go to different places. I did not realize how huge this place was. So we decided to come up with this way and I knew I was going to find it here because they have a ton of selection.

Tom Smith: Yep, they call it Giant Rock Honda.

Trisha Jewitt: Yeah, yeah.

Tom Smith: Tell me about your Civic that you selected today.

Trisha Jewitt: It’s very slick, I love it. It’s two door and it has the whole getup. It has the Apple Play, it has the camera on the side, and it has the moon roof, which is my favorite, I love the moon roof. It has the wheels, the wheel lock, brake locks, it has everything that I wanted.

Tom Smith: Is this your first Honda?

Trisha Jewitt: First Honda yes. Yeah.

Tom Smith: First Honda from Rock Honda?

Trisha Jewitt: Definitely yes, yeah.

Tom Smith: How was your experience today?

Trisha Jewitt: It was great actually. I hate the car buying process, it stresses me out, but it was really good. Our sale’s guy was awesome. He wheeled and dealed with us very nicely. They’ve just been really great. They’ve been really nice here.

Tom Smith: When we do our vehicle reviews on iDriveSoCal, we do them in such a way where we identify the top three “things” that we like about the vehicle. Now, in your case it doesn’t have to be just a thing about the vehicle. It could be a thing about your process, your buying process, but if you were going to identify your top three things what would they be?

Trisha Jewitt: From the car, buying the car?

Tom Smith: Sure. It can be-

Trisha Jewitt: Anything.

Tom Smith: Yeah, because this is new to you it can be from the car, or the experience, or anything about the overall.

Trisha Jewitt: Well probably my top is the buying experience. It was super not very stressful. They were helpful and to the point, and it made it very easy. I think the buying experience was a good thing. With the car it’s smooth, it has smooth driving. It has all the gadgets on the inside and so that’s what I like. Then the protections. Yeah the last one I think … Shoot, I don’t know.

Tom Smith: The moon roof maybe?

Trisha Jewitt: Yes. There you go.

Tom Smith: Go with the moon roof.

Trisha Jewitt: Yep, my all-time fav, yep, is that.

Tom Smith: So your top three to summarize the experience, the gadgets-

Trisha Jewitt: Yes.

Tom Smith: … we’ll call that the technology.

Trisha Jewitt: That sounds great.

Tom Smith: Then the moon roof as well.

Trisha Jewitt: Yes, yeah.
