Suicide Kings Inland Empire Car Club
Who They Are
Based in the heart of the Inland Empire, spanning Riverside and Moreno Valley, California, the Suicide Kings Inland Empire Car Club (SKIE) is a tight-knit community built around one of the most iconic luxury cruisers of the 1960s: the Lincoln Continental with suicide doors.
Founded about 10 years ago by Alex Melendrez, the club originally began as a gathering place for ’60s Lincoln owners who wanted a group that truly understood the style, presence, and legacy of these big-body classics. Today, SKIE remains proudly dedicated to that same mission, bringing together men and women who love these Lincolns not just as cars, but as a lifestyle.
What They Do
SKIE stays active throughout the year by attending car shows across the Inland Empire and throughout Southern California, representing the Lincoln Continental community wherever they roll. Whether the event is a local gathering or a larger regional show, club members show up with a lineup that’s hard to miss, long, low, and unmistakably classic.
One of the club’s biggest highlights is its sponsorship of KingsFest, an annual car show that unites the Cadillac Kings Car Club with the Suicide Kings Lincoln clubs, turning it into a true celebration of classic luxury on wheels. KingsFest is a major opportunity for SKIE members to connect with other enthusiasts and showcase the timeless appeal of the suicide-door Lincoln platform.
While the club currently doesn’t host regular Cars & Coffee-style meetups of their own, they remain consistently present at local shows and SoCal events, and the club continues to grow with new members who share the same passion.
